BUILD A STRUCTURE FOR SUCCESS

Many times companies, especially smaller companies, develop their structure based on existing employee's capabilities. The structure of a small company is usually very different from that of a larger company. The transition between the two is dependent on employee development and communications.  Employee development can be a challenge for a smaller company. Employee reviews, training, goals and advancement programs are essential for organizational growth.  The relationship between employees, company structure and the systems they use to carry on the company's business is critical. The overall company structure needs to be reviewed for relevance, especially when preparing for, or recently experiencing, growth.  Dynamic companies are always changing.
